1, Supplier offer a series of papers to Ethiopia company who want to import speed limiter. in which, supplier authorization letter is one of the most important paper, need both Notory office and Ethiopia embassy to put stamp on it. We do the step in China, it takes about 1 month, once we get the paper stamped we will delivery to customers immediately.

2, Ethiopia company need buy 3 samples Speed limiter and 1 printer (to show transport ministry it support print speed data function), to install in car and pass test in transport ministry and its laboratory. including submit papers it also takes 1 month around in Ethiopia. after both speed limiter samples and papers approved, they will get licence.
